FITX

Fit-X is a program rather module designed by Mr. Vijay Thakkar to guide the members with result oriented workouts to achieve their goals. The main purpose of Fit X is to showcase the importance of having a personal trainer whilst working out. It is a training module of sorts.

As a part of the induction process once a new member is assessed and placed according to their body type, specific needs and requirements if they still do not opt for PT then Fit X comes into the picture to guide them appropriately.

After completing the induction Fit-X comes into the picture to guide the members if clients do not take PT to show them the importance of having a personal trainer in terms of having many advantages, by opting for one the client will gain those advantages respectively.

Fit-X is a set of workout guidelines.There are two levels of Fit-X, based on the induction it would be decided that a client would be given by which level.
