48 RHR stands for 48 Resting Heart Rate. It is an international format of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) group activity. 48 RHR covers high, medium and low intensity body-weight moves in a 60-minutes format, which burns approximately 500+ calories in a fun and versatile way.
